Dia de Gracias

Thanksgiving, Turkey Day...

Call it what you may, this is probably my favorite (and hardest) time of the year.
Favorite because it's the time of year when I get to be around family/loved ones and yummy food.
Hardest because of the yummy food (but I wont get into details about that in this post).

So this has been my first thanksgiving away from home and I was very skeptical about how it would go down. Because you see I had it all planned, I was going to fly home and be with family, BUT when I shared these plans with my parents they told me I couldn't come home.. Yeah I know, weird. Their reasoning behind this was that I had to be in Provo because I was going to have a "special" visitor come see me. I literally had no clue that this special visitor would turn out to be my family!
It was such a neat surprise to have them drive all the way from California to see me!

On Thanksgiving day (since we weren't home) we had to do a makeshift thanksgiving dinner in my parents hotel room haha. We had ordered a Thanksgiving dinner from this cute little shop in Springville and made the room look homie. After our dinner we decided to hike the Y which my lanta it is not an easy hike! We hiked it at night and once we got to the top the view was incredible. I was so happy to have hiked the Y with my family it was so much fun.

I won't write much more, I hope you enjoy the photos below!

This is my beautiful sister Brianna and mom.

And of course it wouldn't be a Haroldsen activity with out a little wrestling

This picture is of my siblings at the same place ten years later. We have really changed, I mean look at me, I use to be the tallest haha.

Smile Always and may you have a great Holiday season with all of your loved ones!
