-An LDS activity where girls ages 12-17 go to a camp for a week to meet other girls around the area and to strengthen their testimnoies.
This year was the first time in six years where I was unable to attend because I have officially graduated from the young woman's program. Buuutt my two younger sisters Brianna and Francine went to it.
It has only been a week long but I MISS THEM LIKE CRAZY!!
I am fortunate enough to not only have the best family around but also of being really close with every one of family members... Needless to say, it makes things tough when someone leaves for a long/short time.
Now, I love both of my brothers; they are both goofy and fun (annoying at times) but I love them a lot. Since the girls are gone this week I've spent most of my time with the boys and wow! haha
Being the oldest you would think I would be the one in charge making all the questions and rules around here but having two younger brothers along with my dad is like having three dads.
No joke.
It's actually kind of nice because I will forever have at least three bodyguards haha.
Kyle, the youngest one, thinks he is the voice around here haha. I mean he is only 14 but he is constantly drilling me of what I'm doing and where I'm going and with who and what time I'll be home etc.. When his questions don't drive me insane they actually warm my heart because I know he only does that to look out for me. He does it out of love.
Sooo as you can guess, going from having three girls at home to now being the only girl, I have been "interrogated" plenty. I am ready for the girls to come home!!
I don't know how I'm gonna survive in Utah so far away from my family. It's going to be so hard.. But I know I can do it!
Family is so important to me. The family is The foundation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is what makes this world happen.
To my family, I LOVE YOU GUYS!!
The picture above pretty much sums up my family's dynamics.
